This includes training and support on genetics services to ensure that patients and doctors obtain optimal results. This role is expected to participate in events including Congresses, workshops, webinars, etc.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild trust with internal and external stakeholders.Provide genetic services to patients for the genetic tests offered by Igenomix.Serve as a genetic resource and liaison for Igenomix personnel and for health care providers from Igenomix client fertility clinics.Analyze genetic information to identify patients or families at risk for specific disorders and syndromes.Discuss testing options and the associated risks, benefits, and limitations with patients and families to facilitate informed decision making.Interpret laboratory results and communicate findings to patients or physicians.Write detailed consultation reports to provide information on complex genetic concepts for patients or referring physicians.Develop the “Genetic Counselling” procedures and processes using Igenomix CRM (Salesforce), registering the interactions with the patients and doctors such as detailed consultation reports.Provide in-depth scientific and/or clinical presentations to external customers in-person or remotely.Prepare or provide genetics-related educational materials for patients or doctors.Address specific customer needs by responding to requests about our genetic service’s portfolio.Encourage and support analysis and publication of results and clinical outcomes to increase acceptance of genetic testing with the ultimate aim of supporting commercial objectives and maintaining Igenomix leadership in reproductive health.Work with internal teams to help proactively address market needs and develop relevant educational materials and support tools for education and to promote awareness.Provide support to the sales team to respond to technical questions (in-person or remote).Attend and present at local and international conferences.Work in compliance with all local and corporate regulations required.REQUIREMENTSAppropriate scientific/medical qualification (e.g. Biology, life sciences, etc.).Master’s degree in Genetic Counselling (preferably European certified).Previous experience in reproductive genetics and/or in pre-conception/prenatal genetics.Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients.Ability to understand and respect the sensitive situation for patients and families.Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also understanding the need to work and collaborate as part of the Igenomix team.Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.LOCATION: Italy-Germany-Austria-Switzerland #J-18808-Ljbffr
