This role in summary
As an intern you will facilitate work with the development team by helping to improve their processes and practices through Scrum Ceremonies. You will support the team in tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the team is delivering high-quality solutions. Moreover, you will work in the GIT D2C team covering Search Engine Optimization topics.
Your responsibilities will include
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies leading the team through various Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. This includes ensuring that the team is following the Scrum process and keeping the team on track to meet their sprint goals
Act as a liaison between the development team and product owner, facilitating communication helping the team to understand the vision and priorities, and helping the product owner to understand the team's progress and challenges,
Help the team to improve their processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and support the team in implementing those improvements,
Guide developers to track their progress and report on their progress to IT and Business stakeholders,
Guide the whole Scrum Team identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impede progress and help the team to develop contingency plans,
Work with the product owner and stakeholders to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions that meet the needs of the business,
Ensure that Scrum Team is adhering to Agile principles and practices
Minimum requirements
Are you:
a Master’s Degree student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Economics, Business administration / Marketing / Engineering?
proficient in English?
a good user of Scrum framework, with a passion for Digital Marketing?
a strong communicator with good interpersonal, time management and analytical skills?
a strong team player who shares our driver for innovation?
