ABOUT THE ROLE

The Global Organizational Leadership Development Program (GOLD) offers selected high potential candidates the opportunity to experience two to four management assignments over an intensive two-year period in the exciting environment of Operations, Commercial, and Finance within our RBIS business. Reporting to the site or functional manager, the associates will be involved in projects and assignments which are of high impact on current business needs. The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business, as well as general managerial and leadership skills.

The program consists of two 12-month rotations in two different locations and functions of Avery Dennison RBIS. Roles vary with the current business needs and could include positions such as Process Engineering, Project Management, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Analyst, Account Analyst, Finance Analyst, and Sustainability Engineer.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

While you are on this exciting journey, you will receive plenty of support tailored to your needs:
An experienced mentor to support your personal progression
A line manager dedicated to supporting your growth within the organization
A dedicated buddy who will be in touch and guide you in your new role
Within two 12-month rotations, RBIS GOLD Associates will complete:
Rotations in different functions and locations
A blend of experiential on the job training, classroom and online training which will enable you to build your skills and transition to this new role, leveraging strengths and defining your career path.
RBIS Lean Immersion (ELS) training. A two to three-week program of intensive leadership development along with Lean Sigma & finance training and hands-on experience at one of our manufacturing sites
Support in the transition at the end of the programme to equip you with the skills to succeed in your future career

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, operations, supply chain, business management, finance, accounting, or related discipline. We are also open to applications with different educational backgrounds with relevant work experience.

Regardless of your degree qualifications and/or experience, the key strengths we are looking for in you include:
