Job Description:
We are looking for an independent and ambitious Global Product Manager to join the Nilfisk Industrial Vacuum Solutions (IVS) Business Unit.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class portfolio of product platforms to execute the IVS business strategy and meet defined business goals for sales growth, profitability, and market share development.
- Support growth initiatives for the product category in close collaboration with regional teams, Marketing, and Sales.
- Create superior customer value by detecting, analyzing, formulating, and transferring customers' needs into segment solution positioning and value propositions for both existing solution range and new solution development.
- Scout/investigate new potential technology to be integrated into the IVS Portfolio roadmap.
- Support Sales Organization in analyzing customization requests, providing proper technical/commercial solutions.
- Provide expertise and training on products and solutions to Sales and Marketing teams, and support the preparation of technical and marketing documents.
- Estimated traveling will be 20% - 25% of your time.
The position is located at Nilfisk in Zocca (MO), offering a dynamic environment both nationally and internationally. You will have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally, reporting to the Senior Global Product Manager, IVS.
What we are looking for:
- Years of experience in product/portfolio management in an international company, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- An analytical and structured approach to problem solving and a highly independent working style.
- Strong interest in technology and industrial applications.
- A high level of drive and motivation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with portfolio management, customer segmentation, and solution selling.
- An MBA is considered a plus.
