About the Role: For ourGraduate Program – Shift Operative Leader, we are looking for brilliant graduates who are interested in joining a4-year pathway, designed to cultivate talent and develop aninternational career in Operations. You will play significant roles in exciting projects across the Operations organization, under the supervision and guidance of our Ferrero leaders! The program consists in an initial period oftwo years in our Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi plant (AV), followed by afirst international assignmentto develop and expand your knowledge as part of our Ferrero Family and to embrace the Ferrero ways of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our Consumers. Main Responsibilities: As aGraduate employee on a Shift Operative Leader position, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas ofProduction and Human Resources management. In particular, you will support theexecution of the production, coordinating theline teamin operational activitiesand ensuring the presence and theoptimization of production factorson the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery). In this role, you will be responsible for thepreparation and start-up of the linesin your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his"merit plan". Ensuring thatsafety standards(both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing theContinuous Improvement initiatives. After the Program’s conclusion, you will have the possibility to continue with aninternational career path! Who we are looking for: You will bring yourMaster’s Degree background in Engineering(Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Management or similar), achievedwithin maximum 12 months. Yourreal desire for international mobilitywill be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for theFood sector. As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.
