Guest Experience Coordinator | Caruso a Belmond Hotel

We are seeking a highly professional individual with an outgoing personality and a discreet nature. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing warm reception to our guests, ensuring they are satisfied, assisted, and guided throughout their stay.

Reports to: Guest Experience Manager

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Assist the Guest Experience Manager in the daily operations of various front-of-house departments.
2. Ensure high levels of customer service are achieved and maintained.
3. Handle guest complaints and review compliments, extending VIP treatments to VIP guests.
4. Review all guest special requests daily.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a discreet demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and staff, capable of handling stressful situations positively.
• Fluency in Italian, English, and Russian is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
