Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional individual with an outgoing personality and a discreet nature. The ideal candidate will provide warm reception to our guests, ensuring they are satisfied, assisted, and guided throughout their stay.
Reports to: Guest Experience Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Guest Experience Manager with the daily operations of the front of house departments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Handle guest complaints and review compliments, extending VIP treatments to VIP guests.
- Review all guest special requests daily.
Requirements
- Outgoing and discreet personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and staff; capable of handling stressful situations positively.
- Fluency in Italian; English proficiency is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
