It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /p h3Responsibility /h3 pIn your role as director for the Finish Paint, Root Systems manufacturing process team, your responsibilities will be : /p ul liAnalysis of AS IS and future state /li liBuild, maintain and implement strategy Plan for the area /li liPerformance Management of Process area including defining, monitoring and providing programs to improve the KPIs and PIs /li liCreation and management of the Competence Center within the process area /li liResponsible for Kaizen events within the area /li liQuantitative approach with use of toolbox – Six Sigma / Lean /li liEmbeds engineering skills directly into the manufacturing value stream. /li liEnables faster decision-making and deeper Infusion process ownership and Knowledge /li liDevelop standardized manufacturing processes and tool solutions. /li liDevelop, maintain and deliver user-focused manufacturing documentation to the factories. /li liEnsures repeatability and scalability across internal and external sites. /li liAttracts and retains highly skilled engineering talent with advanced technical proficiency. /li liBuilds a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /li liEngage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, and ensure your employees do the same, all to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality, and to develop your area of expertise. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Master of manufacturing engineering or alike /li liGB Six Sigma or Advance Manufacturing Process Analysis /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liyears of experience in similar roles /li liPrior experience leading a team of specialists, within process engineering or a team of highly skilled employees. /li liLived a data quality driven Manufacturing culture /li liBuilt a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /li liWorked in a culture where people’s development is high on the agenda /li liComposite materials knowledge, understanding of fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins, and other materials used in production. /li /ul h3Core competences /h3 ul liEnd to end process and Product understanding /li liCan work both on a strategic and tactical level /li liEmbeds engineering skills directly into the manufacturing value stream /li liEnables faster decision-making and deep process ownership and knowledge /li liLeverages data analytics and promotes continuous improvement /li liFocuses on process details and root-cause problem solving, leads direct involvement in technical discussions when required /li liDevelop standardized manufacturing processes and tooling solutions /li liEnsures repeatability and scalability across internal and external sites /li liAttracts and retains skilled engineering talent with high-level technical ability /li liAdept at navigating and working within large organizations /li liCan be an involved part of cross functional product development projects /li liFluency in English, both written and verbal, with Clear and effective communication skills /li liGood presentation skills both up and down I the organization /li liYou are self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline /li liYou find it exciting and interesting to work with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders /li liYou can work through and with others /li liYou are customer-oriented and can understand the complete business value chain seen from a customer perspective /li liYou are interested and willing to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems /li liYou are committed to learning /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to grow your professional career in an international environment. /li liAttractive salary + bonus /li liComputer and mobile phone /liliMedical and life insurance /li /ul h3DEIB Statement /h3 pAt Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
