La tua nuova aziendaOur client is an international company, specialized in the real estate and project development of the European market.We are looking for a Head of Finance for Italy branch.Il tuo nuovo ruoloReporting hierarchically to the Managing Director and functionally to the CFO located on the HQ, and managing a team, you will be accountable for:Commercial property management performance of the Company as service provider and for the preparation of financial statements of the Company and related investor’s companiesConceiving holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by the CompanyDefinition and implementation of commercial structures within the CompanyNetworking strategically with all partners in the market and managing business relationships while keeping close contact with the headquarterSupporting acquisition activities and developing and designing ideas to let Company growCoordinating all corporate services of the CompanyDi cosa hai bisogno per aver successoDegree in business amministrative, finance or real estate managementMinimum of 10+ years’ experience in a relevant managing role in an international medium/large companyKnowledge in real estate business and in the financial sectorInternational collaboration experienceVery good Microsoft 365 skillsAdvanced knowledge of SAP FI or YARDIBusiness fluent English, ideally (but no requirement) advanced German language skillsCosa avrai in cambioOur client offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly growing dynamic group.
