The Financial Times places it 4th in the world for Full-Time MBA programs and 2nd in Europe among business schools.We are looking for an: HEAD OF LEARNING LABThe Learning Lab is the educational innovation center of the School of Management; design, develops, and delivers high-impact experiential learning programs, integrating advanced technologies and innovative methodologies.Main ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will oversee the management, design, and implementation of innovative learning experiences, ensuring alignment between learning objectives, budgets, and corporate strategies.Project Management (50%)Define timelines and milestones, monitor project progress.Coordinate faculty, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders.Manage digital learning tools (LMS such as Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle).Supervise multimedia production (videos, podcasts, immersive learning experiences).Define and manage the annual budget and revenues of the Learning Lab.Innovation and Experimentation (30%)Scout and implement new educational technologies and methodologies.Support faculty in adopting innovative teaching models.Develop digital tools (simulations, role-playing games, web-based training).Learning Design (20%)Design online, blended, and in-class courses.Create tailored learning experiences for corporate and institutional clients.Develop questionnaires, simulations, and interactive assessment tools.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Education Science, or related fields.8-10 years of experience in project management for educational initiatives.Knowledge of executive education and digital learning.Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under pressure.Expertise in budgeting, data analysis, and business simulations.Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.Proactivity, resilience, and commitment to quality.Fluency in Italian and English.If you are passionate about education innovation and eager to contribute to the development of high-quality learning experiences, we’d love to hear from youWhat we offer: Staff Bocconi Contract which includes benefits and welfare opportunities.
