Your tasks:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape within the legal tech sector to inform strategic decisions.
• Set and manage KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.
• Ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities by optimizing lead generation and conversion strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and performance.
• Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and innovative sales culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the legal industry.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer needs are met.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

• Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track sales performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Optimize sales processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

Profile required:

Ideally, you have:

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the legal tech or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
