About this opportunity:The Head of Sourcing Site Products and Logistics will have overall accountability for strategy development, alignment and execution across a portfolio covering Site Products such as Site Interconnect, Energy Systems, Antenna systems, Installation Material and Logistics covering Freight(International Domestic), Warehousing, Distributors, Custom Clearance, Aftermarket and Reversed Logistics . You will be responsible for managing a spend of ~17 BSEK. The Leader is a member of the Global Sourcing Leadership Team reporting to Head of Group Sourcing. You will be responsible for execution of the global sourcing strategy and secure a category supplier base that supports Ericsson current future business needs.The primary location for this role is Sweden; however, remote work is possible for candidates residing within European time zones. Candidates living outside of these time zones may be considered for relocation support, subject to role requirements and individual circumstances.Join our TeamWhat you will do:You will lead a Global Team of Category and Strategic Sourcing ManagersYou will develop, implement and drive Category StrategyAdvance the strategic value of Site Products and Logistics by continuously benchmarking and implementing best in class practicesEngage with Business Area, Market Area and Supply to develop strategies that deliver agreed upon financial and operational objectivesDevelop competencies that understand Site Product and Logistics industry trendsDrive process and policy simplification, governance and complianceThe skills you bring:Education: BSC and MBA or equivalentMin years of experience: 15 Years of which 5 years in Leadership RolePreferably domain category knowledge experience: Site Products and Logistics or HardwareSourcing Practice, Process Strategy KnowledgeProven ability to drive Should Cost models with suppliers and act as a catalyst towards stakeholders.Demonstrate industry intelligence including understanding of industry structure, potential supply base globally as well as supply base of competitionStrong analytical and financial acumenStrong negotiations skillsAbility to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive objective decision makingAbility to lead global diverse teamsBehavioral CompetencesRelating and networkingPersuading and influencingAdapting and responding to changeAnalysingEntrepreneurial and commercial thinkingFormulating strategies and conceptsStrong curiosity and hunger to learnWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
