For the restaurants within our facility, we are looking for a Restaurant Hostess/Steward for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.The individual is responsible of managing restaurants’ reservations, assisting, greeting, and seating restaurant guests. He/she has to provide an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring that customers have everything they need. Main responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly, providing all the necessary information and support.Take and manage reservations over the phone, by email or in person.Manage seating optimization. Escort customers to the table and make them comfortable.Constantly coordinate with other departments, such front office and concierge, to ensure a smooth reservation process and communication flow.Candidate profile:Fluent level of English languages is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.Previous experience of at least one year in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels.Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.Attention to details.Outstanding communication and organizational skills.Ability to work and coordinate with team.Problem solving skills and proactivity.Details of the offer:Full time, seasonal contractLocation: Chiusdino (SI), Italy Period: spring 2025 – autumn 2025We offer a competitive package, food and accommodation included.
