For the Transmission Division HR team, we are looking for an HR Administration Internship. The person will report to the business unit Sr HRBP, focusing on activities related to the population based in Italy, with the opportunity to experience international tasks.Who are we looking for?To provide support to the employees in their daily queries on a wide range of HR matters.To assist HR colleagues with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.To participate in team activities to identify opportunities for simplifying and driving efficient improvements.To support decision-making actions with statistics, reports, and performance.To partner with business leaders for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.Key requirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or similar discipline.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges.Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
