Job Opportunity: HR Payroll and Administration Specialist (Maternity Cover)
The resource will be inserted, with a maternity substitution contract, into the human resources team at Peserico's headquarters. They will report directly to the HR MANAGER and will be responsible for managing payroll processes and personnel administration, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record attendance of all group employees via the Centro Paghe portal.
- Enter monthly variables into payroll records (expenses reimbursements, deductions, specific permits, etc.).
- Load new employee data and update records as needed.
- Manage the entire payroll cycle, ensuring precise and timely processing of payslips.
- Support departmental managers and interact directly with group companies for personnel administration.
- Prepare post-payroll reports, such as leave/permit balances.
- Assist employees in interpreting payslips.
- Manage and schedule corporate training in support of the RSPP.
- Oversee medical visit scheduling.
- Maintain personnel archives.
- Manage and activate internships.
- Handle accident reports and related procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in humanities, legal, or economic subjects.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Centro Paghe payroll software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
