pstrongJob Title /strong /ppCellnex Italia is the leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures with the aim of enhancing connectivity for people and territories, driving digitalization in Italy. /ppWe offer our customers a suite of solutions and technologies designed to ensure reliable and high-quality wireless transmissions for voice and data services. /ppWe also provide innovative connectivity solutions and develop the infrastructure ecosystem necessary for the introduction of new technologies. /ppbr/ppstrongJob Title /strong /ppHR Administration Specialist /ppbr/ppstrongRole /strong /ppThe candidate will join the "People Organization" Function, reporting to the Head of "Talent Administration" team and will work on HR Administration tasks. /ppbr/ppstrongPrimary responsibilities /strong /pulliManage and monitor activities ranging from attendance tracking to outsourced payroll preparation (managing holidays, absences due to illness, maternity/paternity leave…) /liliProvide support and monitor payroll-related processes /liliCoordination of administrative procedures related to employment relationships: hiring, terminations, contract extensions, contract changes, compliance with Law 68/99 and communications to public and/or private entities /liliManagement of labor cost analysis activities, including data collection, monitoring of variations and preparation of reports to support budgeting and planning /liliManage pension funds (INPS and supplementary private funds) and support employees with information on pension schemes (mandatory and supplementary) /liliProviding employees with information and support on all matters related to employment relationship management /liliUpdating HR information systems and preparing HR reports to enable efficient workflows, provide objective data for decision-making and support certifications /liliSupporting internal and external auditors in verification activities related to personnel administration processes /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliAt least 3 years in HR Administration roles with focus on payroll /liliDegree in Economics, Law or Humanities /liliFluency in Italian and English (B2) /liliGood knowledge of the Office Suite and the main HRIS (Zucchetti, Oracle PBCS, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Ariba) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongIt could be a plus having /strong /pulliMaster in HR Management or equivalent experience is appreciated /liliPrevious experience in a multinational corporation /liliPrevious experience with the Telecommunication NCBA /liliA proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively /li /ulpbr/ppCompany: Cellnex Italia spa - Rome headquarter /ppbr/ppstrongemCellnex is committed to creating an equal, diverse and inclusive company.
