Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. bDiscover extraordinary* every day. /b /p h3The Impact You’ll Have /h3 ul liYou will oversee managing day-to-day human resources related topics for our colleagues in the Production Site in Arco (Trento) and support the deployment of key HR processes and initiatives. /li liYou will act as a genuine employee champion, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose to facilitate our transformational journey. /li liYou will manage the relationship and negotiations with local Trade Union and Territorial representatives. /li liYou will advise management and employees in Employee Relations and Human Resources matters to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local laws and regulations. /li liYou will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycle and engagement and increase productivity and retention. /li liYou will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with the business goals. /li liYou will manage the selection process end to end. /li liYou will support rewards process implementation – i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget - in partnership with the Compensation Benefits team. /li liYou will ensure Talent Development activities and projects implementation and embedment in your population. /li liYou will plan and manage the technical and soft skills training for the employees. /li liYou will provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers. /li liYou will support line managers to identify opportunities for people development. /li liYou will be the HR go-to person on Facility management topics and first point of contact for payroll topics. /li /ul h3The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For /h3 ul liYou have 4+ years of experience in HR functions within global Companies or in HR-focused consulting firms.
