As market leader in their sector, there is a newly created vacancy for a HR Director, based in Milan to support approximately 1000 employees across multiple sites in Italy.Structure:Reporting to the Global CHRO and partnering with your regional CEO, you will lead a team of ten people to deliver a fast-paced service to a very challenging stakeholder group.The role:You would be responsible for setting and delivering a people strategy. The key challenges in this organisation are around talent attraction, talent management, retention, and continuously driving a high-performance culture that will keep this business in their number one market leader position.Some MA experience could be useful as the business has its eye on target businesses from time to time.The organisation is cash and asset-rich, producing year-on-year growth with no plans to slow down. You’d be joining an elite leadership team with a strong collaborative culture and a mix of expertise.Essential skills and experience:You’ll have operated at HR leadership level for a very commercial, customer-focused business with a lean operating model.
