JOB PURPOSE

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to start your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR operations.

As the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and contributing to meaningful projects.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
  • Maintain and update internal HR systems, employee records HR documentation
  • Support the preparation of contractual changes (e.g., promotions, salary adjustments)
  • Handle ad hoc data
  • Assist in managing HR documentation and databases

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

A Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field

A strong interest in Human Resources

Attention to detail and organizational skills

A proactive and collaborative mindset

Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment

Fluent in English and Italian

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
