pChaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a strongHR Manager /strong for a leading company in the Engineering sector: /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibility: /strong /pp- Entire personnel administration for Switzerland and Italy; /pp- Coordination with Adm. Finance team / HR representative for other subsidiaries; /pp- Contact person for all employees of Group; /pp- Managing the coordination with external audit firm in charge of payroll (externalized); /pp- Support with recruitments; /pp- Regulatory monitoring; /pp- Contact person for labor law clarifications, if necessary in cooperation with a legal advisor; /pp- Checking the monthly HR reports from subsidiaries of Group; /pp- HR Reporting monthly in Vision - Besafe reporting monthly; /pp- Leaves and absence – Palha reporting; /pp- Training and competency matrices (employee development and training needs); /pp- Support in annual appraisals; /pp- Organize on-boarding, entries and exits; /pp- Social insurance administration; /pp- Managing Castor shares. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongProfessional experience: /strong /pp-Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (minimum 5 years). /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongSpecial Knowledge and skills, personal requirements: /strong /pp- Experienced MS-Office and ERP knowledge; /pp- Ability to work in a team; /pp- Very good knowledge of English and French is an advantage; /pp- Reliable and flexible personality with quick comprehension skills; /pp- Open personality, able to work under pressure and adapt to different environment, confident in negotiations and self-confident. /ppbr/ppbr/ppThe position will be based in Pombia or Cureggio /ppbr/ppbr/ppPackage : gross annual 45k€ to 50 k€ /p
