MAIN FUNCTIONS:Structuring and Developing the Company in the Human Resources Area. The company aims to create an adequate management of internal resources, investing in collective and individual well-being and promoting the professional growth of employees.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Management of internal human resources department.- Oversee personnel performances and reporting- Direct collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities.-Direct contact with HR’s office of CFMOTO HQ.ACTIVITIES- Recruitment and talent scouting- Monitoring and managing personnel costs (HC plan development)- Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees.- Promotion of training courses and employees development plan.- Company reference for the welfare plan and for consultants.- Responsible for safety and privacy policy.- Creation of company regulations.REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree. HR qualification is a plus.- Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector.- Familiarity with local and international employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.-Interest and/or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles.
