The company aims to create an adequate management of internal resources, investing in collective and individual well-being and promoting the professional growth of employees. /ppbr/ppRESPONSIBILITIES: /pp- Management of internal human resources department. /pp- Oversee personnel performances and reporting /pp- Direct collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities. /pp-Direct contact with HR’s office of CFMOTO HQ. /ppbr/ppACTIVITIES /pp- Recruitment and talent scouting /pp- Monitoring and managing personnel costs (HC plan development) /pp- Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees. /pp- Promotion of training courses and employees development plan. /pp- Company reference for the welfare plan and for consultants. /pp- Responsible for safety and privacy policy. /pp- Creation of company regulations. /ppbr/ppREQUIREMENTS: /pp- Bachelor's degree. HR qualification is a plus. /pp- Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher. /pp- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector. /pp- Familiarity with local and international employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. /pp-Interest and/or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles. /p
