Job Purpose:This role will focus on supporting HR, People Culture Dept., particularly in generating, maintaining data reports and monitoring internal processes. Tasks:Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making;Ensure data accuracy and integrity in current HR systems, still to be integrated with excel DBs and worksheets;Collect and process data to generate dashboards and reports useful to management;Develop and implement new metrics and data analysis related to Human Resources;Independently build and support the creation of data models useful for KPI analysis and measurement activities using tools such as excel and power point;Take part and support HR, People Culture department on all people initiatives and projects.Job practicalities / Skills and qualifications:University degree preferred;Economic background is a plus;Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes;Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Expert about HR Reporting (HC planning control, turnover rates, DEI KPIs, etc.);Fluent English;Familiar with multinational organization environments;Org, charts, workflow, input/output matrix as normal tools to analyze, map and support discussion and decision-making process.If you're interested, please apply here: https://stackinfra.bamboohr.com/careers/104?source=aWQ9OQ%3D%3D
