Your opportunity

Trenti è alla ricerca di una risorsa nel ruolo di HR Specialist. La figura ricercata supporterà a 360° le attività HR sui plant produttivi di Perarolo e Tai di Cadore (BL).

How you will contribute

La risorsa selezionata avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

• Supportare le attività di Talent Acquisition: definizione job description, pubblicazione job posting e screening dei CVs dei candidati. Gestione del processo di selezione, partecipazione ai colloqui e supporto all’Hiring Manager;
• Collaborare ad un efficace onboarding del neoassunto al fine di fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie e strumenti di lavoro e favorendo un positivo inserimento in azienda;
• Predisporre i contratti di assunzione e tutte le variazioni contrattuali verso il dipendente secondo le informazioni ricevute da HRBP;
• Collaborare con l’HRBP monitorando e gestendo le scadenze contrattuali al fine di predisporre la relativa documentazione;
• Assicurare l'aggiornamento degli organigrammi e della relativa reportistica;
• Supportare nel costante aggiornamento del Sistema Workday;
• Supportare nella gestione di tutti i processi e attività HR per le funzioni di plant.

Who you are

• Laurea in economia o discipline affini e/o master in Risorse Umane;
• Pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi;
• Passione per il People Management e il Fashion;
• Empatia, capacità di ascolto e comunicazione efficace;
• Ottima conoscenza dell'utilizzo di Excel e Power Point;
• Inglese fluente.
