We are seeking a dynamic and talented Human Capital Specialist to join our team based in Turin, Italy.

Role
The Human Capital Specialist will be a strategic advisor to our leadership team, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. You will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, focusing on attracting AI specialists, and you will promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Selection
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
Conduct thorough screening of applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Assessment Centers
Assist in the design and implementation of assessment centers to evaluate candidates’ technical and soft skills.
Coordinate logistics and ensure a smooth and efficient assessment process.
Analyze assessment results and provide detailed reports to hiring managers.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our HR database.
Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and startup communities.
Represent the Foundation at recruitment events and conferences.
Main stakeholders
The function report to the Head of administration and will interact with the main administrative and business functions supporting them in their activities from the standpoint of correctness and legal conformity of acts, documents and procedures.
The function will also have, in addition, a constant liaison with the Regulatory and Corporate affairs function, in particular with reference to the correct execution of the Board resolutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in research and selection, preferably in the technology or research sector.
Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Strong knowledge of AI-related roles and technologies (a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
