HYBRID Senior Product Manager (CPG Industry)
Location: near Madison, WI
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 + Bonus (1st yr. OTE: $155 -$170K) + Benefits

HYBRID Senior Product Manager (CPG Industry) Responsibilities
Define product requirements for new products
Establish a go-to-market strategy
Develop a growth strategy based on product roadmap
Support the sales department in expanding the market presence
Collaborate with engineering on development initiatives
Maintain KPIs for existing and new product category success
Present business cases to leadership to win new investment
Research and suggest new suppliers to advance innovation
HYBRID Senior Product Manager (CPG Industry) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of product management experience required
Tangible product experience required
Experience with tools to analyze business and market performance required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
