Position Summary Job Title: HYD Design Engineer Reporting to: Engineering Function Manager Department: RD Location: Dulevo Key responsibilities: Design hydraulic components in compliance with ISO/EU/US Norms and internal regulations, working independently or in a team. Identify and generate necessary fixings/parts to satisfy component/system functions. Manage components/systems through 2D/3D CAD and PLM systems. Support parts release on ERP system. Responsible for component validation: perform DFMEA, FEA (ANSIS preferred), CFD simulations, and physical tests, working closely with the Product Validation department. Coordinate drawing and model activities with other partners, liaising with Purchasing and Supplier Quality departments. Involve partners in the specification request process. Support prototyping and pre-production builds with necessary documentation. Attend problem-solving meetings and engage in proactive activities. Manage change requests during meetings with Product Validation, Kaizen, or After Sales teams. Manage timing and job status to respect time-to-market deadlines. Profile Wanted Qualifications: M.Sc or B.Sc Degree in Vehicle, Mechanics, or Hydraulic Engineering. Up to 5 years of experience as a technical 3D designer in automotive, industrial, agriculture, or earth-moving machinery sectors. Skills: Proficiency in SolidEdge, TeamCenter, AS400, SAP. Knowledge of plastics, hydraulic, pneumatic, water, and metal component development, including pipes and harness fixation. Understanding of test procedures and acceptance criteria. Good command of English. Additional job requirements: Knowledge of New Product Development Gate Process. Planning methods knowledge. Understanding of Functional Safety standards: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, ISO 25119. Problem-solving methods knowledge. Strong communication and personal organization skills.
