Job Location
Job Responsibilities

Strategize, implement, and maintain project level initiatives that adhere to organisational objectives

Take directions from the Implementation Director

Develop assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

Maintain organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring project goals are reached

Track progress throughout the duration of the project (from Feasibility to Deployment phase and beyond), with a mindfulness towards dependencies and facilitate effective communication within and across project teams

Manage budget and funding channels to maximise productivity

Work closely with Project Sponsors. BAs and other Project level roles to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects

Manage collaborative program/ project teams for optimal return on investment, and co-ordinate and delegate cross project initiatives

Identify key requirements needed from the Product Delivery team

Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against the established business goals/ objectives

·Create and maintain necessary project documentation

Ensure project dashboards are maintained by the SD team that allow for quick and efficient understanding of resource capacity and project status

Analyse, evaluate, and overcome project/ program risks and produce reports for management and stakeholders

Ensure the team is delivering a great solution quickly, predictably and with appropriately defined scope

Ensure the team has a clear definition of success for outcomes/ deliverables, before starting a project

Gather feedback on projects, drive performance forward, and identify strategic opportunities.

Act as an escalation point to remove blockers and enable the Solution Development team to work productively towards their sprint goals

Attend sprint planning. Stand ups to and understand the status of active projects

Report on project status regularly to stakeholders

Attend retrospectives with the Solution Development team

Raise issues early and often to model the value of early problem detection

Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement

Create and maintain project documentation that is the single source of truth about a project, to keep stakeholders aligned and informed

Track and manage dependencies across multiple projects, lead escalation processes to make issues visible to stakeholders and leadership, drive resolution of dependency issues through the process

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Rich experience in Agile Project management role, a certified SCRUM Master

Exposure in other project management methodologies

Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills

Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Agile certified SCRUM Master/ Strong knowledge of DSDM Agile Project Management

Strong risk management and quality assurance skills

Expert in JIRA and its add-ons

Ability to work with a distributed global team, facilitating tight communications despite time zone differences

Self- managed in organising your work and executing it

Experienced in planning for and effectively managing project risks

International/ localization experience; proven successful experience in facilitating client delivery projects for international clients

Ability and confidence to suggest continual improvements to the project management processes and tools

Strong stakeholder management, communications, and presentation skills; proven ability to effectively get buy-in at all levels

Ability to quickly learn and adopt new project management methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills; thrives when working with complexity

Organised and detail orientated; able to track multiple moving workstreams

Strong, listener; able to deeply understand the team’s needs, ask the right questions to keep a project moving in the right direction, and proactively pursue feedback

· Certified in Agile DSDM Project Management
