ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented Industrial Controller to join our Industrial Controlling team in Nichelino (TO). He will support the team in the implementation, maintenance and analysis of costing for materials, labor and overheads in the production process. Place of work will be our Nichelino (TO) plant, although availability to periodical travels is required.

More in detail:

• Support the roll-out of the group costing model across all legal entities
• Analyze standard / actual costing for materials, labor and overheads in the production process
• Analyze and control production costs, including labor, material usage, and machine overheads, to ensure they align with budgeted forecasts
• Support the definition of cost of goods sold and collaborate with R&D and Sales teams in the costing process and pricing definition
• Work with Operations in the identification and reporting of cost variances and inventory analyses, and in the development of detailed budgets and forecasts

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering required. Master’s degree is a plus
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies with a matrixed organization
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Hands-on approach, proactive and problem-solving attitude, good communication skills and team working
• Advanced excel user
• Experience with SAP and / or SAP implementation is a plus
