Key Responsibilities:• Determining and implementing the production flows and methods for new products and departments.• Determining and implementing new production technologies.• Managing factory layouts.• Providing all necessary production means, machinery, tools, raks, etc.• Working with RD to define the best solutions for new products.• Determining product processing cycles.• Defining production balances and the best use of resources.• Planning, managing, and monitoring implementation projects, controlling time and costs.• Managing production start-ups, following training, testing, and start-up.• Implementing and managing production monitoring KPIs.• Supporting the definition of SAP flows.Requirements:• Knowledge of Lean/TOC methodologies.• SAP knowledge.• Sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes.• Languages: English intermediate level, second language is a plus (Spanish pref.).• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnical Engineering).Location: remote working. #J-18808-Ljbffr
