Job Description:

Our Electronics R&D Department is seeking a talented Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team in Brugine, Padova. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible hours and remote possibilities.

This position involves the development of embedded systems for industrial applications, working on all phases from defining technical specifications to designing schematics and performing final tests. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic design, microcontroller-based and microprocessor-based embedded systems, and communication interfaces.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or a related field
• At least 7-8 years of experience in electronic design
• Hands-on experience in developing microcontroller-based and microprocessor-based embedded systems and communication interfaces
• Familiarity with EMC and safety standards for product certification
• Experience in PCB layout design and optimization a plus
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Alignment with the Carel Culture Code values
