As an International Account Executive , you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales, profitability and contractual compliance of an agreed portfolio of international existing customers whose decision is lead from Italy.
Working in partnership with your customers and our international subsidiaries, you will maximise business potential and achieve growth across the Lyreco markets.
You will work with internal and external resources to develop relationships and supply chain solutions.
 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The role has 2 main objectives – Retention and Growth
•    To develop and deploy commercial activities and solutions to gain a competitive advantage and deliver a return on investment.
•    To identify key decision makers and influencers and engage with them to understand their needs and develop plans to maximise global penetration.
•    To engage with the local teams across our international markets to work collaboratively to develop and deploy market leading solutions.
•    To proactively manage all commercial terms to maximise the financial health of customer contracts.
•    To ensure that all customers receive an International Business Review at a frequency and standard agreed for such clients thanks to regularly analyse and report on past and future commercial activity

•    To negotiate competitive and mutually advantageous contracts and ensure that all contractual terms are understood, implemented and continuously adhered to by all local subsidiaries.
•    To continually and accurately utilise internal tools and information platforms / databases
•    To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be requested by your employer.
•    To consistently achieve targets set by the senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


•    Experience of account management and working within international matrix teams to foster collaboration and grow our business.
•    Ability to identify growth opportunities, create a need and negotiate, close and implement them in a timely manner. 
•    Capability to enlarge key stakeholders panel and build engaging relationships to leverage growth opportunities and customer retention. 
•    Ability to study and create tailored solutions to meet the business requirements of the customer.
•    Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including time management, planning, prioritizing and timely completion of work responsibilities and job assignments. 
•    Willingness and ability to take on new tasks, change work methods and processes to adapt to necessary changes in the team or company. 
•    High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and CRM tools. 
•    High capacity to communicate and transmit information, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate language and channels for the intended audience. Demonstrate presentational skills to audiences of all sizes.
•    Fluent level of English, both verbally and in writing (recommended level C1)
