LimaCorporate is now Enovis is looking for an International Marketing Manager to be hired in Enabling Technologies Business Unit reporting to Sr. Director Enabling Technologies International with a split role into Promade Business Unit in our plant at Villanova di San Daniele.Enabling Technologies Business Unit is rapidly evolving in response to demand from our customers for software-powered solutions that make surgery safer, more predictable, and enable new surgical techniques. Our mission is to deliver highly differentiated solutions by augmenting plans with predictive analytics, and by creating smaller and highly scalable surgical automation and visualization technology. To help us achieve that mission, we are leaning into the three big disruptive forces in technology - AI, augmented reality, and robotics. Instead, ProMade is the division Business Unit is taking care of patients specific devices to be used to manage highly complex cases when off the shelf components are not the right one.As Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for enabling technologies and ProMade in orthopedic surgery. You will be responsible for defining product positioning, creating strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing) to address customer needs in a competitive market environment.Main Responsabilities: Marketing Strategy Development: - Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence;- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats;- Establish pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market analysis;- Monitor competitive activity and recommend innovative or corrective actions. Support for Sales Teams: - Provide tailored marketing tools, training, and messaging to support sales efforts;- Participate in customer events, congresses, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility. Strategic Leadership: - Align marketing objectives with the company’s priorities and goals;- Exhibit creative and effective problem-solving for complex challenges. KOL Management: -Develop Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) relationships;-Integrate KOL plan in Medical Education offering.Education Experience:- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field;- minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the medical device or surgical technology sector;- Experience in developing marketing strategies for complex B2B products.Other Skills:- Strong understanding of the orthopedic surgery market and associated technologies. - Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. - Proficiency in market analysis tools and qualitative/quantitative research methods. - Leadership, teamwork, and advanced communication skills. - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
