MittelCo S.r.l. is an Italian company located in Gorizia with 30 years of experience in the international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in the Adriatic Region and Italy.We are seeking for an experienced and highly motivated International Sales Manager to join our team and develop our business. As International Sales Manager you will work with local distributors and you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the Countries of Adriatic Region.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, that is consistent with corporate goals, so as to achieve target sales volumes and revenue objectivesIdentify and leverage business opportunities in the assigned territoryBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and distributorsAnalyse market trends and customer needs in order to identify growth opportunities and develop market expansion strategiesPlan and coordinate sales and marketing activities, such as promotions, advertising, trade shows, and other eventsWork closely with the local team to optimize sales channel performance, inventory levels, and product placementRegularly analyze sales performance and provide insights to senior managementDeliver sales presentations, proposals, and participate in contract negotiationsCoordinate customer service support and resolve any issues with professional and timely communicationREQUIREMENTS:A minimum of 3 years of sales and management experience in an international business environment in FMCG and FOOD industryProven record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing P&L and driving market growthExperience in managing the distribution networkExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus and strong collaboration with the cross-functional teamFluency in English, Serbian language, and Croatian language; Italian language is a plusStrong capabilities in strategic thinking, planning, problem-solving and decision makingStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel as needed domestically and internationallyIf you’re an experienced sales manager with a proven track record of success and looking to join a dynamic and growing team, we encourage you to apply.We'd love to hear from you, whether you have a potential project, questions or feedback.
