As our IT Infrastructure Project Manager based in Mathi (Turin), you will be accountable for successful implementation of our Global IT infrastructure projects by coordinating technical teams, managing resources and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The position is 60% remote working.

Your individual accountabilities will include the following:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Execution & Monitoring: Lead project execution, monitoring progress against the plan, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management, to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.

Resource Management: Coordinate resources and team members, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within project management practices and infrastructure operations.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure projects comply with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.

Cloudification: Streamline the analysis to the cloud adoption, supporting the decision process and increasing the efficiency of meetings.

We are looking for someone who can fulfill the following requirements:

Experience in defining the project scope and requirements management and facilitate scope change management process.

Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure in Network, System Technology and connectivity services in large global enterprise

Experience in Stakeholder Expectations Management: Ability to understand partner goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and supervise and control the project

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, ideally PMP or Prince 2 or CAPM certified
