IT PROJECT MANAGER

Contract: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Manage project teams effectively, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Coordinate resources and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and motivate project teams, conduct performance reviews.
• Support business development and proposals.

Professional Background & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the LS industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Fluent in English.

This position may require occasional travel and outside regular hours to meet deadlines.
