CPL & TAYLOR by Synergos is looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER (Ref. ANN349571).

Contract: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
• Lead and motivate project teams, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Support business development and proposals within the Technology Business Unit.

Professional Background & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, preferably in the LS industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Fluent in English.

This position may require occasional travel and working outside regular hours to meet deadlines.
