Job Description:

We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, leadership skills, and team management abilities. The manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Requirements:

• Ensure timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to senior management
• Lead and motivate project teams, conduct performance reviews
• Support business development and proposals within Technology BU

Professional Background & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in LS industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Fluent in English

This position may require occasional travel and outside business hours to meet deadlines.
