pThe Site Information Technology Operational Technology (ITOT) and Automation Head is responsible for leading the Site ITOT organization, ensuring the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of automation and IT processes related to control systems, equipment, IT applications and utilities on site. /ppThe role is sitting on the site and engaging Site Leadership Team to understand site strategy, priorities and challenges that enables the role to drive site Automation Digitalization roadmap. /ppDrive innovation and impact through cutting-edge robotics, automation, and AI as the leader of integrated ITOT at a world‑class pharmaceutical site. /ph3About the Role /h3pbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliOverall accountable to drive digital automation roadmap for the site for all areas, to ensure site achieves expected benefits of digital and automation investments /liliManage the site ITOT team consisting of automation and IT associates /liliAlign with the Global and Platform ITOT Heads on the ITOT strategic direction for the site /liliWork with the Global ITOT teams to support delivery of projects and initiatives. /liliEnsure effective deployment and adoption of global digital automation solutions on site level /liliCommunicate and coordinate with key stakeholders in the site leadership team on both operational and project activities. /liliManage the budget and project pipeline for the team. /liliSupport capital projects and smooth transitions to operations /liliEnsure site audit readiness for IT and OT /liliEnsure 24x7 Support and high reliability for ITOT systems /liliDrives digital upskilling and change management across user community on site /liliOversee team performance and provide feedback. /liliDevelop and implement maintenance and upgrade plans. /liliEnsure compliance with GMP regulations and security protocols. /liliCoordinate with vendors and partners for support and procurement. /liliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Engineering or a related field. /liliMinimum of 7 years of experience in Automation or IT, in a GMP Pharma environment. /liliStrong knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure /liliStrong leadership and team management skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliAbility to drive automation and digitalization agenda and increase site automation level /liliProven experience in managing budgets and project pipelines /liliFamiliarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards /liliAbility to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders /li /ulpbCommitment to Diversity Inclusion: /b We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. /ppThis role is based can be based in Torre Annunziata.
