Job Description IRBM is looking for a Jr Legal Specialist to join the Corporate Legal office based in Pomezia. The ideal candidate will be smart and motivated, willing to challenge him/herself every day and will thrive in a collaborative environment. The individual will provide legal expertise in drafting, negotiating, and implementing a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, offering practical legal advice and recommendations to all business functions with reference to legal issues. The Legal Specialist will report directly to the Legal Manager and will play a key role in providing support and addressing legal and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, contractual templates, and other documents and provide assistance on contractual matters; track contract status, renewals, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with contract obligations. Support compliance projects and issues (e.g. D.Lgs. 231/2001, privacy/GDPR, anti-corruption), and assist on IP matters. Assisting with corporate and business development matters. Support in organizing trainings/refresh/updates for employees on compliance and legal tools, policies, and procedures. Support in the assessment and mitigation of legal risks arising from various business initiatives and operations. Monitoring legislative and case law developments upon request. Liaising with external counsels if required. Competencies/skills Extreme accuracy and unwavering commitment to ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Fluency in English, both written and oral is a must. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications Law degree. Previous experience of 2/3 years in a law firm or in a company legal department, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
