For our After Market Sales team, we are looking for a Jr Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing business relationships with distributors and dealers for our brand Pedaled, in order to achieve planned sales goals. Could it be you?YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage international distributors and key accounts to ensure achievement of annual objectives.Prepare, monitor and strive to achieve sales budget/forecast.Coordinate go-to-market plans and new product launches with international distributors, key accounts and IBDs.Being responsible for product training of distributors’ sales forces.Develop and manage sales and marketing programs to ensure achievement of annual objectives and build worldwide brand recognition.Preparation of sales marketing proposals and tools; participates in sales presentations and B2B/B2C local events.Conduct market researches and provide timely and accurate sales reports and analysis to product, sales marketing departments as required.Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of Bicycle industry product and sales information.YOUR SKILLS:Fluent English (Italian and a third language speaking is a plus)Familiarity with standard sales and marketing toolsInterpersonal and intercultural communicationAbility to work in a proactive way, with superior attention to detail and organizationHigh motivation and availability to travel (50% time)Sport and mountain biking passion knowledge is a plus.OUR REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.Based in Europe.Min. 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably from Outdoor/Sport Industries.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors prohibited by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
