Junior Consumer Panel Data (CPS) ConsultantFull-timeABOUT THIS JOBNielsenIQ works with clients to provide insights, thought leadership to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps our clients set growth strategies and determines what products you ultimately see on the shelf. Our team members are experts across various categories and are viewed as trusted partners by our clients.Junior Analytic Consultant within the Consumer Panel Service Team contribute to the adoption and application of NIQ Consumer solutionssupporting Senior Consultants in order to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.RESPONSIBILITIES● Interacts with both the CPS Team, CPS CAS team and the NIQ Sales Teams.● Ensures CPS insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the Clients by being a CPS expert with an ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clients● Autonomously interacts with client staff both on basic and advanced CPS client needs; partecipate to client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person● Collaborates with other NielsenIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients● Acts in line with the Service level of the client assigned.● Demonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment. Partners with CS Consultants, Insights associates and Sales teamsREQUIREMENTS2 years experience in FMCG and client dynamicsFull proficiency in PowerPoint & ExcelItalian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spokenEnglish: B1 level or equivalent, both written and spokenOrganizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedulesAbility to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environmentWhat we can offer:Work in dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies.Benefits & flexible working hours, hybrid work options.Internal trainings will be provided together with detailed onboarding agenda.
