Junior Data Analyst
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Rome or Milan.
The Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the data management and analysis processes within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes.
Your key tasks will be:
Collaborate with teams to identify business needs and data requirements
Create reports and conduct analyses regarding trainings
Apply the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies
About You
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork, and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Junior Data Analyst has a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics, or similar experience, as well as:
Experience in reporting and data analysis
Advanced level user of Power BI, HTML, Cornerstone, MS Office
Fully professional knowledge of Italian and English
Great problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in planning complex schedules of activities
