Junior Delivery Experience Manager Nordics

We are looking for a Junior Delivery Experience Manager Nordics, to supply our customers across Europe in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times.

Your mission, if you accept, is to make the best possible use of the Zooplus customer delivery experience. In this role you become a member of the Delivery Experience team and will report to the Team lead Delivery Experience Management.

Together we are setting the customer expectations and the benchmark per market, evaluating market developments and services and coordinating projects aiming at an amazing customer delivery experience. All in accordance with our business principles:

Your tasks include among others:

Monitor competitor’s delivery standard to assure the best-in-class service to zooplus customers.

Assist Customer Care with operational service issues and identify potential improvements.

Measure, monitor, and optimize the delivery service performance and customer satisfaction leading to improvement opportunities (on-time delivery, quality and value-added benefits).

Build effective working relationships with internal Logistics and Operations stakeholders, developing understanding of zooplus' logistics operations.

Participate in regular review meetings with carriers in line with the strategic plan

Support coordination with all stakeholders for projects impacting Customer Experience.

Support for crisis Customer communication management.

Analysis development of existing transportation services and prepare business cases of the implementation of market specific initiatives.


We are looking for this profile:

First experience in logistics or eCommerce (0-2 years)

Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline

Demonstrated ability to manage projects tasks

Work accurately and organized

Interest in data analysis, advanced Excel skills

Problem-solving, pro-active and result-oriented way of working

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – knowledge of any Nordic language would be a plus
