Dedar serves over 80 countries and operates directly in Italy, France, UK, USA, Russia, UAE, Germany and across a selected numbers of dealers and distributors. SCOPE The IT team is globally responsible of IT services for the whole Dedar Group: the mission is to analyze and improve processes and related business information systems with the support of a qualified supplier network. The candidate supports the Group in the development and implementation of systems and processes, enhancing technical skills with functional knowledge on specific business activities and insights on key measures and indicators necessary to monitor the company performances. Main areas of technical skills are D365 F&O, Power BI and Power Automate, SQL queries and Data Base, complemented with an inclination to study and discover new technological opportunities and tools. He/she must have technical knowledge of the technology solutions already implemented inside Dedar, to be aligned with the specific company implementation, so to support business users in the analysis and feasibility of requested evolutions, design and validation. This role allows the candidate to work across a wide range of processes, gathering a unique perspective of the whole Dedar Group as well as the opportunity to liaise with key internal stakeholders. The main job duties include: Proactively participates as a team member in innovation and improvement in the ICT projects. Monitoring and evaluating execution of IT processes, both on applications and reporting. Promoting a culture of innovation, continuously verifying the opportunities given by technical evolution and proposing areas of trial. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES More specifically the main job duties are: Quickly comprehend the current baseline solution based on Microsoft D365 F&O, Microsoft Power-BI and the core satellite software components (such as warehouse management, logistic operators interfaces, …). Conduct fit-gap workshops with Business Key Users to analyze and to identify gaps with respect to the baseline solution both on applications and reporting. Support the design of the TO-BE solution, maximizing adherence to the baseline solution and to business requirements, while minimizing customizations and time to market. Actively participate in the implementation/ evolution’s activities with a hands-on approach. Provide a first hand support to Key Users, verifying applications and users behavior and giving additional instructions. Support the IT Responsible in verifying the business needs and suggest/follow the implementation of the agreed solutions for evolving the actual application landscape with the focus on core applications (different from D365), such as: e-commerce web site, sales mobile apps. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in computer science (or higher) or in management engineering. At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Good Knowledge of ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI solutions. Integration application framework. Knowledge of main enterprise processes such as: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Distribution. Hands-on approach. Fluent communication skills in English and Italian (mandatory).
