The roleAs Junior International Controller – CFO Assistant, you will support the Group CFO in strategic and operational financial activities. This is a challenging and stimulating role that involves collaborating with different subsidiaries, coordinating financial integration processes, and ensuring solid group reporting. You will have exposure to international operations and cross-border initiatives, gaining insight into the financial management of a growing organization.Your responsibilities:•     Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of group controlling processes•     Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning•     Contribute to financial due diligence activities and MA integration projects•     Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with local and group regulations•     Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements•     Maintain and enhance controlling tools and procedures to improve cost control and performance tracking•     Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams to support operational and strategic alignment•     Communicate actively with local subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely information flow•     Be available for international and intercontinental business trips related to key projects You could be the right fit if you•     Have 2–3 years of experience in controlling and finance, ideally gained in international settings, including exposure to due diligence, acquisitions, and business integration processes•     Speak fluent English and Italian (knowledge of German and Spanish is considered a plus)•     Are familiar with accounting principles, financial statements, and management control systems•     Have advanced skills in financial modelling•     Are proficient in ERP systems (preferably BC or SAP), advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)•     Possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities•     Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholdersThe company offers:•     A permanent position in a growing international group•     A multicultural, fast-paced, and innovative work environment•     Direct exposure to the Group CFO and key decision-makers•     Participation in international and strategic projects•     Professional development paths and continuous training•     Flexible work arrangements and the possibility of hybrid work•     A competitive salary package based on your experience Please send your CV in English.  This job opportunity is open to candidates of all genders (L.903/77).
