pstrongTenuta Toscana /strong /ppbr/ppis searching for a /ppbr/ppstronguJUNIOR RETAIL ASSISTANT /u /strong /ppbr/ppTenuta Toscana, nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, is seeking a Junior Retail Assistant responsible for managing the retail shop operations and providing exceptional customer service to our members and their guests. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongMain duties and responsibilities /strong /pulliAssist the Retail Manager with day-to-day operation execution of the Retail Operation. /liliProvide exceptional service and communication at all times with members, guests and team members. /liliGreet all guests and members politely and promptly, proactively anticipate needs to enhance experience, demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions. /liliUtilize point-of-sale system to record transactions. /liliDrive sales through building member relationships and maintaining knowledge of brands in the store and current fashion trends in the region. /liliBe aware of promotions and current Members on property. /liliEnsure company packaging standards are upheld and implement special touches like gift-wrap, thank-you notes, etc. /liliAssist and service members and their guests with all retail purchases, returns and special orders. /liliAnswer retail shop phones professional and redirect calls as needed. /liliContinuously monitor the retail shop for cleanliness and organization, /liliApparel should be folded tight and stacked properly. /liliAll tags should be tucked in and not visible. /liliAll apparel on hangers and mannequins should be steamed and neat. /liliThe floor should be clean and free of any outdoor debris, trash, etc. /liliWork directly with Merchandiser on guidance for merchandising and rotating displays on a regular basis. /liliMonitor and drive sales to meet monthly revenue budgets through promotion and customer service, receipt flow management, floor rotations, retail events, etc. /liliConduct and reconcile monthly inventory. /liliMonitor best sellers and core stock items regularly and communicate immediate inventory needs to Retail Merchandiser. /liliMonitor levels of all retail supplies: packaging, tagging supplies, etc. and communicate to Retail Merchandiser when running low on supplies. /liliFollow established procedures for opening and closing the shop. /liliAssist in Member Services, Golf Operations, and Special Events as needed. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr/pulliOne (1) to three (3) years of retail operations and customer service experience preferred. /liliAt least six (6) months of previous work experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a fast paced, luxury service environment. /liliExperience with Point of Sales Systems (Jonas or TEI preferred). /liliKnowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. /liliBasic knowledge of the golf/boutique/specialty retail industry as it relates to hospitality and private club retail environments. /liliExtraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service. /liliAbility to sell and create rapport with customers /li /ulpbr/ppstrongBenefits /strong /pulliFull-time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) /liliMeals provided both during working hours and on days off /liliUniforms and laundry service provided /liliOngoing training to enhance personal and professional development /liliDiscounts on dining, wellness, and sports activities available at the resort and estate /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppThis research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91. /ppThis position is based in Tuscany.
