Now Autry has rise to a global lifestyle brand of shoes, ready to wear and accessories in an iconic timeless flair made for people walking with purpose.Who is the talent we needWe are looking for a Junior Retail Operations Specialist to join our Retail Team, reporting to Retail Manager.LocationThe person should be based preferably in Dolo (VE) near our HQ or in Milano but will be visit weekly in Dolo. Flexibility to travel up to 20-30% of the time for frequent store visit.How you will contributeAnalyses stores sales performance monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the success of retail strategies;Support store management teams in achieving sales targets and providing training on products and operational best practices;Support to develop, refine, and standardize store operational processes, including stock, selling ceremony, customer experience, visual merchandising, team incentives strategies and others procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations to deliver exceptional customer experiences;Support to manage orders and optimize stock management and internal logistics processes;Coordinate with internal departments to enhance in-store operations;Support the planning of new store openings by overseeing pre-opening and post-opening phases;Support the Retail Manager in the roll out of actions and projects on the retail channel and manage relationship with business partners;Make regular store visit and daily reporting to understand the needs of the sales force and customers;Support in staff recruiting process and follow up with Store Managers on employee performance;Act as a bridge between stores and headquarters departments ensuring retail needs are clearly communicated and prioritized;We are looking for someone withMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleDeep knowledge of the retail sector Excellent knowledge of Italian/English (tested during the recruitment process)Proficient knowledge of Excel (tested during the recruitment process)Preferable previous experience in managing more than 10 worldwideExcellent organizational and project management skillsWhat we offerFull time, permanent contractOnboarding,Trainings and professional growthExclusive access to Autry collectionCompany Restaurant “Osteria Autry” in our HQ Villa with professional and passionate Chefs with an extraordinary high quality of healthy bio foodFree fresh bio fruit, coffee and waterExpense reimbursement providedCompany Health insuranceAdditional Injury insuranceWhy work with us?This is a great opportunity to become part of a young and dynamic team with a strong growing brand that offers possibilities to experience and learn.
