pstrongJUNIOR RETAIL TRAINING SPECIALIST /strong /ppbr/ppAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a strongJunior Retail Training Specialist /strong, based in Milan, reporting to the Global Retail Training Manager. This role will support the design, coordination, and rollout of retail training programs across global markets, working closely with stores and HQ teams to ensure our brand experience is delivered with consistency, creativity, and excellence. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Accountabilities /strong /pulliSupport the strongdesign, authoring, and continuous updating of e-learning content /strong in emArticulate Rise 360 /em and other course design tools ensuring alignment with TOM FORD’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards. /lilistrongInstructional design, publish, test, and maintain /strong multiple e-learning modules per season across different markets, ensuring correct user access and functionality. Topics include product training, production, and retail capabilities /lilistrongScout and collect information /strong from Subject Matter Experts across departments (Merchandising, CRM, Operations, Retail) to build or refresh training content based on new collections, systems, and business priorities. /lilistrongCoordinate and follow up with global stores /strong (60 DOS) on all training rollouts — onboarding, product training, and skills programs — ensuring completion and on-time execution. /lilistrongCoordinate training logistics /strong for both online and in-person sessions (invites, participant lists, attendance, materials, and feedback collection). /lilistrongDraft, format, and visually refine /strong slides, toolkits, facilitator guides, and internal communication materials. /lilistrongPlan, update, and manage content /strong for the Global Retail Community SharePoint Page — sourcing stories, visuals, and updates, preparing visuals, publishing posts, and ensuring functionality. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey Requirements /strong /pulli2–3 years of experience in retail training, learning development (luxury environment preferred). /liliFluent in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus /liliInstructional design experience is a must /liliTech-savvy and visually driven — emArticulate Rise, Moodle, PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools /em are part of your playground. /liliA curious learner with a true passion for luxury fashion and how it comes alive in retail. /liliExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. /li /ulpbr/ppIn strongTOM FORD /strong you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.
