Position Title: JUNIOR SALES CONTRACTOR ADMINISTRATOR ALTEC is seeking a Junior Sales Contractor Administrator to join our Business Development & Sales unit.
Duties Manage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation (schedule, WPs, etc.).
Support the preparation of offers and proposals to customers in liaison with ALTEC’s Bid Team Support.
Contribute to defining the Proposal template, the list of annexes, and documentation – in line with customer requests and sales policy.
Contribute to the assessment of alternative solutions.
Prepare Storyboards and Mockups.
Ensure coherence among various elements (programmatic, financial, technical), reflected in the various volumes and contributions (i.e., Supplier proposals).
Ensure the proposal schedule is respected.
Support Red team organization and manage feedback and re-working activities.
Participate in the implementation of all economic and financial aspects decided in the Bid process and in negotiations with the Customer.
Finalize the best contract possible in accordance with the Cash and negotiation mandates decided by Senior Management.
Define and formalize in the offer/contract terms of all necessary conditions (including requirements relating to the payment plan, deliverables, cash in/out, partial payment terms, etc.).
Manage cost consolidation techniques considering internal rules and selling objectives.
Support cost engineering efforts in terms of design to cost.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Master's degree in Engineering or Economic education.
Good knowledge of the English language (writing/reading/speaking).
